DEVELOPMENT PHASING


The project is being developed in multiple phases to allow maximum flexibility in products to meet market demands. The first phase will
develop the core property infrastructure including the marina, resort, administration buildings and the bulk of the commercial and residential
development. The remaining phase will be comprised of the rest of the residential development, a boat yard, an 18-hole golf course and a 75 room hotel.

Phase I Development Components

The marina in this core development phase is the primary focal point of the entire project. It consists of 64 floating in water docks totaling 3,520 linear feet and 2,310 linear feet of side tie berthing that can accommodate pleasure craft up to 200 feet in length. The average berth size in the marina is approximately 55 feet. All docks and side tie locations will have full utility services to meet the demands of today’s yacht. In addition to the berthing facilities, the marina will have a fuel dock supplying both gasoline and diesel to local and transient boaters.

To comply with the government’s grant and meet market demands for hotel accommodations, 25 625 square-foot semi-detached guest accommodations will be constructed on the beach site designed to take advantage of the environment.

The residential development of phase I will consist of 60 single family home sites located throughout 5 separate residential blocks, and 62 multifamily townhome styled units located around the marina and beach.
