The project presented here is not only a conceptual plan of a future development located on the Island of Great Guana Cay. This 750 plus acres development project has been completely thought out and phase 1 of the development has been approved by The Bahamas Government. The developer, Mr. Jacob Allen Smith, founder of PlainBay Enterprises Company Limited (PBE) is no stranger to the site. He is a Bahamian citizen who was born in Black Point, Exuma and is the Principal Developer.

The full scope of this four plus phased 750 plus acres development will include two full-service marinas totaling 172-slips, 5,000 feet international airport with state of the art Free Base Operation (FBO) Terminal and Custom Clearance, 18-hole Rees Jones championship golf course, three boutique hotels totaling 210 keys, retail villages with amenities, 125 condominiums, 40 villas and approximately 385 residential lots.

After years of designing the Master Plan for the Island of Great Guana Cay Exuma and the Development Plan for the project earmarked for the Island, we are now in a position to introduce the development to the Boating/Golf/Tennis Community, potential Investors, qualified single family home sites, multifamily homes, aero home sites and marina slip buyers.
